Our onboarding process is efficient and straightforward. During onboarding, our mission is to quickly understand your property and situation. We will make sure any opportunities to improve your property are communicated in the beginning. Once under contract we will quickly work to address any issues, fill any vacancies, onboard your existing tenants.
We conduct a thorough screening of all prospective tenants, including prescreening before we show your home, and a detailed screening during the application process.
Our process includes automatic deposit of rents to your bank account. Tenants pay rent through through their portals, and the funds auto deposit.
We strive to take excellent care of your investment through proactive maintenance. This means periodic, thorough inspections of your home and following up our inspections with maintenance, ensuring the home is well maintained while under our management. We are also transparent. Any maintenance items above our authority limits will be communicated and discussed with owners.
During each tenancy we work hard to ensure tenants are following the lease, and violations are promptly addressed
One area we strive for is making sure we have strong lines of prompt communication with both our tenants and owners. We strive to keep our owners aware of anything major happening with either their property or tenants, including making sure our owners weigh in when appropriate. We also work very hard to establish trusting relationships with our tenants, key for making sure tenants feel comfortable bringing issues to our attention.
